Attilio’s Bruschetta

INGREDIENTS

6 slices ciabatta bread
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
10 Sun dried tomatoes cut in small pieces
2 table spoons of ATTILIO’S SWEET CAPSICUM SAUCE
6 piece bocconcini diced
Salad onion diced
Basil
Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD

Place all of the ingredients into large mixing bowl. Combine with a metal spoon.
Grill bread on a grill pan or bbq
Place mixture onto bread slices
Serve immediately
If you would like a less onion flavour place diced salad onion in water with a little salt and leave for up to one hour
Drain the onions and then add the ingredients
