1 large onions, diced
1/2 cup olive oil
1 Glove of garlic
250g beef mince
250g pork mice
2 teaspoon salt
2x 500g Jars of tomato passata
4 table spoons of Attilio’s HOT RED CAPSICUM SAUCE
3 fresh basil leaves
1 bay leaf

Grano Padano cheese grated
Place oil in a large cooking pot allow oil to become hot on high heat
Cook onion until golden brown
Add salt, pepper, bay leaf and garlic and slightly cook
Add the pork and beef cook until golden brown stirring with a wooden spoon to break up the mince try for taste add more seasoning if required.
Add the tomato passata and stir add Attilio’s hot capsicum sauce and stir Allow the sauce simmer for a minimum of two hours stir often during cooking.
Cook pasta as per package instruction in a pot with a little salt . Once cooked drain pasta but leave a small amount of pasta cooking liquid in the pot place 3/4 of the SPICY bolognese sauce ontop of your pasta mix well serve onto a plate and add another spoon of bolognese sauce onto of the spaghetti serve with grated cheese.
